Gwyneth Doland

Writer and Educator in Albuquerque, New Mexico

I'm a reporter covering public affairs and culture as a correspondent for New Mexico PBS, a frequent contributor to New Mexico Magazine and a freelancer for many outlets. My first beat was food and wine, my second was government accountability. Now I do both—and everything in between.

I teach multimedia writing, media law and ethics, and other courses in the Communication and Journalism Department. And I'm pursuing a master's degree in journalism at Harvard University Extension. I was previously the executive director of theNew Mexico Foundation for Open Government, and I've served on the boards of the Society of Professional Journalists and the Journalism and Women Symposium.
